„Casa del Mar“ was born from the idea of musically capturing the feeling of a warm summer evening by the sea. Inspired by chillout sounds from Ibiza and modern house grooves, a track developed step by step, combining a relaxed atmosphere with a lively rhythm. The goal was to create a soundscape that conveys both tranquility and movement – much like a sunset on the beach, where the music slowly gets louder and the night begins.
The production combines soft synth pads, melodic elements, and a warm house beat at around 123 BPM. Quiet passages alternate with more driving parts, creating a smooth arc of tension. This makes the song sound both relaxed and rhythmic – ideal for summery chillout moments, but also for a relaxed lounge or beach atmosphere.
The primary focus during production was on the mood: warm sounds, plenty of space in the mix, and a clear, modern sonic structure. The result is an atmospheric chill house track that musically conveys the feeling of sun, sea, and freedom.
